The Service provides a platform for students and other individuals to contribute financially to the Teacher's Day Fund for the Department of Bioinformatics at CUSB, Gaya. All funds collected are managed by the student organizers and will be used exclusively for the Teacher's Day celebration.
3. Contributions & Refund Policy
All contributions are voluntary. Once a contribution is made and successfully processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Important: All payments are final, NO Refund/cancellations are Entertained
4. Transparency
To ensure transparency, your name, contribution type, and the amount you contributed will be displayed on a public-facing transparency report on our website.
- Your name and contribution amount will be publicly visible
- Your email and full enrollment number will be kept private
- By making a contribution, you consent to this information being displayed
5. Limitation of Liability
The student organizers of this fund act in good faith to collect and manage funds for the event. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. The organizers are not liable for any issues arising from the use of the payment processor (PhonePe) or any technical failures of this website.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
